At Bestia Dog Gear, we want your companion to experience the perfect fit and premium quality of our leather gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the collar or harness is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and free of any pet hair or odors.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5 business days.
